Salesforce Dreamforce AR Activation

We worked closely with PwC’s Salesforce Alliance team (US/Global) to translate, communicate, visualize and showcase their digital enablement story with an infographic mural that comes to life in AR.
PwC US reached out to PATIO in search for a better way to communicate traditional lengthy slide deck presentations and their digital enablement journey in a shorter, concise and exciting way. With the upcoming Dreamforce 2018 in San Francisco in mind, the company’s Salesforce Alliance team (US/Global) wanted the solution to be engaging, interactive and easily comprehensible — in order to ensure ability to excite users and leave them with a positive experience and impression of PwC’s work.
Leveraging augmented reality, we transformed PwC’s 16-page digital enablement playbook into a large print infographic mural, with AR-scannable hotspots that can be scanned using a tablet to display animated videos or other supporting content.
The AR infographic mural offered a consistent and clear narrative that was easily digestible by conference attendees stopping by the booth. With the animations and interactivity, the experience was made visual and exciting, promoting curiosity and engagement. From this event installment, PwC gained much positive traction and was recognized for taking creative, innovative and technology forward approach to communication and storytelling.
While the final product was originally built for Dreamforce 2018, its success made PwC divisions across the globe seek to continuously leverage this tool in their day-to-day client communications on digital enablement.
Subsequently, in 2019, permanent installments of the AR infographic mural were made in Toronto office, Victoria BC office, UK and integrated as a part of the World Tours. Through this, we helped create different formats to suit the case needs and additionally created a multi-fold pamphlet takeaway that enabled guests and clients to take the experience home.
